In case you are new here or you happened to miss Monday’s issue, SQL Is an Evergreen Tech Skill, let me catch you up to speed. I spoke about how SQL, a programming language for relational data retrieval, is an evergreen tech skill that can make you very marketable.

Every once in a while, something extremely rare and truly awesome comes right to you. I say this since this coming Monday, one of those rare phenomena will come right to me. The 2024 Total Elipse totality path (full darkness) will pass directly over where I live.

Opportunities are everywhere, and if you seek, you shall find, but sometimes they come right to us. It would be a shame to miss something for which we didn’t have to do much of the seeking. Whenever a rare opportunity presents itself to you, take full advantage of it.

Always be prepared for when opportunities come to your doorstep.
